To obtain your satisfactions, you have high priority by Herolds Varehus - Therefore we will strive to conduct a quick and successful shipment. Purchased Articles will be sent no later than 3 working days after the order and payment have taken place.
If an Article marked with an of “Out of Stock” condition have been ordered, We will contact You to make an agreement on delivery – Why? Because we very often have it on our Stock anyway – But have to search for it :)
Price of shipment fee is DKK 39,00 within Denmark and for shipment to foreign countries it is DKK 250,00 (incl. Greenland and Faroe Islands) or send a mail containing, what you want to buy, place of delivery and then we might be able to find an alternative mean of shipment, at a more favourable cost.
All orders will be sent by Danish Postal Service: Post Danmark. Normally we can guarantee delivery of your orders within 2-3 weeks depending on handling by the recipients Domestic Postal Service.
We always sent in secure packaging, with Herolds Varehus´s logo and address on.

Warranty
If the article is defect or has transport damage or we have delivered a wrong article. You must as soon as possibly contact us and report the incident. If the article is broken during the transport, you have to contact the accountable Postal Service that have carry out the deliverance and report the incident and claim any compensation directly.
All articles purchased in the shop are having a warranty of 1 year, from the day you purchased the Articles, unless other is listed under the products descriptions.
Rights of Cancellation
If you want to cancel a purchase, you are able to do it within 14 days, by returning the article to the shop. We do not compensate any costs you may have had concerning, shipment fees etc. in connection with the returning. The reimbursements will not incl. the shipment fees paid by you.
When returning the article, it must be unused and in original packaging. Further more you have to enclose a copy of the order confirmation concerning the articles you are returning.
Policy of Personal Data
The shop only archives information there are necessary to complete your order - such as name, address, e-mail and the data on articles that you have purchased. To continue to give optimal customer service to you, we keep this information’s in a secure database. All your information’s will be handled strictly confidential and we refrain from disclosing information to third parties.
If you as a customer decides, not to have your customerdata stored by us - we offcourse delete your account in the customer records, right after the trade is completed. All you have to do, is to write a note about it, in the remarks of your order - Then we will do this service for you.
You can always cancel your account by Herolds Varehus - Just sent us an e-mail.
Newsletters
As a receipt of Herolds Varehus’s newsletters, you will approximately 6 times a year recieve information and news about new articles, offers and any new functions to our internetshop. All your information’s will be handled strictly confidential and we refrain from disclosing information to third parties. Newsletters can be cancelled at any time you want it.
